APLICAÇÃO DA TERAPIA DE ACEITAÇÃO E COMPROMISSO E INTERVENÇÕES BASEADAS NA COMPAIXÃO AO TRANSTORNO DA DOR GÊNITO-PÉLVICA/PENETRAÇÃO OU DOR SEXUAL

Compreensões recentes sobre transtorno da dor gênito-pélvica-penetração (DGPP) destacam influências da parceria na manutenção/agravamento da sintomatologia. A Terapia de Aceitação e Compromisso (ACT) e intervenções baseadas em compaixão emergem como abordagens promissoras para DGPP, mas sua aplicação no Brasil exige adaptação às interseccionalidades locais. Esta revisão de escopo visou a mapear o perfil amostral de publicações sobre DGPP/dor sexual nestas abordagens, destacando os dados relacionais e sociodemográficos de participantes nestes estudos. Foram extraídas seis referências em ACT e seis em intervenções baseadas em compaixão das bases de dados PsycInfo, Web of Science, Medline/Pubmed e Scopus. Os resultados identificaram amostras predominantemente de mulheres heterossexuais e supostamente cisgêneras, em relações fixas e casuais, adultas, brancas, sem psicopatologias severas, com acesso à internet e alta escolaridade. Isso representa um segmento pequeno do perfil nacional, demandando sensibilidade cultural na transposição à prática brasileira. Ademais, como apenas duas publicações relativas à compaixão englobaram perspectiva da parceria na análise e coleta de dados, identificou-se influência complexa de parceiros homens (presumivelmente cisgêneros) no papel psicoterapêutico que a autocompaixão exerce no DGPP. Como conclusão, nota-se escassez de orientações sobre influências da parceria em tratamentos pautados nos processos da ACT e das intervenções baseadas em compaixão.
