APLICACIÓN DE LA TERAPIA DE ACEPTACIÓN Y COMPROMISO E INTERVENCIONES BASADAS EN LA COMPASIÓN AL TRASTORNO DE DOLOR GÉNITO-PÉLVICO/PENETRACIÓN O AL DOLOR SEXUAL

Resumen

Comprensiones recientes sobre el trastorno de dolor genitopélvico/penetración (TDGPP) destacan influencias de la pareja en el mantenimiento y agravamiento de la sintomatología. La Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (ACT) y las intervenciones basadas en compasión emergen como enfoques prometedores, pero su aplicación en Brasil requiere adaptación a las interseccionalidades locales. Esta revisión de alcance tuvo como objetivo mapear el perfil muestral de publicaciones sobre TDGPP/dolor sexual en estos enfoques, destacando datos relacionales y sociodemográficos de las personas participantes. Se extrajeron seis referencias sobre ACT y seis sobre compasión de las bases PsycInfo, Web of Science, Medline/PubMed y Scopus. Los resultados identificaron muestras compuestas mayoritariamente por mujeres heterosexuales y presumiblemente cisgénero, en relaciones estables o ocasionales, adultas, blancas, sin psicopatologías graves, con acceso a internet y nivel educativo alto. Esto representa un segmento reducido del perfil, lo que exige sensibilidad cultural para su transposición a la práctica clínica brasileña. Además, dos estudios sobre compasión incluyeron perspectiva de pareja en el análisis y recolección de datos. Se identificó una influencia compleja de hombres (probablemente cisgénero) en el papel de la autocompasión en el TDGPP. En conclusión, faltan orientaciones sobre influencias de la pareja en tratamientos con ACT y compasión.
