During the visits was identified a crisis of sexual identity , typically characteristic of adolescence phase, boosted mainly due to social and family pressures that, in our case, is constituted on the basis for the various sufferings presented. It uses concepts derived from Psychoanalysis and contributions by the Resolution 001/1999 of the Federal Council of Psychology to discuss the status of homosexuality before the scientific and social discourse. We conclude that before closing any diagnosis of a framework of phobia and other psychopathologies, it is necessary to discuss about weight culpabilizador attributed to homosexuality today.
