Abstract

Considering that this is a problem that affects a large number of people, the reduction in sexual desire is a very important theme for the clinical practice, for scientific studies and even on magazines and feminine programs. It is not an easy task to describe sexual desire, considering that there are several approaches for this subject. The aim of the present article, is to analyze three different aspects: organic, psychosocial and philosophical, then it will be possible to make a critical evaluation about the clinical practices related to dysfunctions. The evaluations presented here are neither segmented nor excluding, but simply a principle for the approach of such a specific theme. Due to the importance of the organic investigations in the professionals offices, the starting point of this article will also focus on this.
