The autoress presents one clinical case of her's research of sexual therapy in married couples, with anorgasmic ans secondary erectile disfunciton, related to disorder of stress post traumatic, after being the wife raped and the husband forced to see the violence, about three years ago. Throughout basic concepts of sexual therapy by Kaplan (1999), and concepts of Construtivist Sociodrama of the authoress herself, Zampieri (1996), and concepts of Psychodrama by Moreno (1974) and finally concepts of EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, by Shapiro (2001), the autoress articulate one form of sexual therapy, that goes trough aspects of intra and interpsychic life of the married couple, toward the healing the describing each technique applied to each issue, inter or intrapsychic aspects, of the healing process of the couple.
