ln spite of recent advancement in the knowledge of sexology in several areas, there are still many difficulties to be overcome in a phalocentric word where male sexuality is regarded as simple, straightforward and free of hardly any variations whatsoever.Peyronie's disease is a pathology restricted to the male gender. lt is still of unknown etiology and is considered as a fibroblastic diathesis. Although vast literature has been published, and a fair amount of it proposing in assortment of methods aiming at its treatment. Nevertheless anything at all has been discussed concerning its treatment and repercussion on male sexuality. ln such a perspective the present work aims at investigatg the close connexionsbetween the changes caused by this pathology and the sexual disturbances of male sexuality in consequence of it. Therefore the present work tackles the issues connected with the evolution of the studied pathology, sexuality, emotions, diathetic relationships and self--esteem which are the source of antecipatory anxiety and lack of self--confidence regarding their sexual performance.
