Intrafamiliar sexual abuse against children and adolescents occur for several years, but now more is being disclosed. In the most part, society does not believe that this can occur within families, but the high frequency of abuse in today's world is rethinking on this matter that already existed, but in total secrecy. With the aim of demonstrating the development of these issues on children and adolescents, especially in its role bio psychosocial before the fact, the relationship of
abuse with the Oedipus complex, the network of support and assistance to children and adolescents, who are violently affected, showing the psychological consequences that this issue involves the importance of family, protection of the law before the victims and the issue of culture included in each family in relation to sexual abuse.
