“THE NOTHING” - A WALK THROUGH THE PERSPECTIVE OF FEMALE MASTURBATION HISTORY

Abstract

Let's build a tour of the history that was focused on the female masturbation and how it is embedded in the present. Although we find a shortage of literature on female masturbation we examine the position of women in societies throughout history to understand the development of their sexuality. The different meanings found to have shared a masturbation expressive negative connotation, reaching even the prohibition of sexual act or the act to excite the male genital organs. Historically, the female masturbation is not spoken or is revealed by words highlighted, for example, Greece does not speak in this matter but was incidental to the sale of masturbation (called Dildo). I noticed that there was masturbation. Men and women are equal and different in their complexities, each with its development, its life, but both have sexuality and have the right to develop it and exercise it qualitatively.
