This paper examines the results of a case study, through 30 surveys in Buenos Aires, Argentina 2008 - about the practice of oral sex teen. Describes the existence of "changes in the juvenile scripts” that support the social practice of sexuality in the case of oral sex. It is possible to register a practice with higher levels of endo-visibility group. The acquisition of "popularity" refers to similarities in the behaviour of adolescent social practices in the achievement of previous identifications. The individual biographies seem to account for internal rather than external rules. It is important to continue research on new forms of construction of sexuality.
