Sexuality and reproduction are composed by many aspects. Biology and biochemistry influence our characteristics, but the inheritance is influenced by social, cultural and emotional aspects. Religious, political, social and family factors influence the sexuality as well the reproduction. Despite all possibilities of the past few years, motherhood and fatherhood are still a huge desire. In the past, infertility was seen as the loss of the main source for motherhood and fatherhood, causing a negative impact in patient´s life. Indeed there was a great identification between masculinity/virility and potential of generate a pregnancy. Biotechnology and reproductive medicine development has provided a toll to solve this problem. However not treated sexual dysfunction which compromises the fertility are not often treated and may cause damage in different aspects of life
