The affective-sexual attraction between people of the same sex always existed to the long one of history, in the most different societies and cultures, and nor always it was considered undesirable or unhealthy. The present article, in a briefing to look at description, is considered to point some meanings and felt of the social construction of the homossexuality, as well as the main conquests in this field, in favor of the recognition of rights. The understanding of the homosexuality alone if can be given considering it social construction of the sexuality human being, attempting against to prevent a perspective confusedly in the consequence of the speech hygienist who, from century XVIII, "pathologied" the sexuality human being, establishing while "norm" the heterosexual, monogamous model, with the sex come back toward the reproduction. This obligatory model favors the sprouting of the homophobia that it discriminates, restricts, generates injustice, inequality and suffering in people. Ahead of the sexuality paradigm in addition that we glimpse in the present time, emergent action directed toward the acceptance of the homossexuality - as well as the acceptance of the sexual diversity - and of inclusive lines of direction of these possibilities of expression, in favor of human well-being and of the right to love in peace becomes.
