The present study has as its aim the analysis of some ethical questions about the sexual relationship between therapist and patient, emphasizing the ethical and bioethical aspects of the sexual relationship between therapist and patient as abusive behavior. One can understand by reading this study the great importance of this matter, as well as its current consequence. From the critical focus approached, this study allows the conclusion that the sexual relationship between therapist and patient is unethical and it does cause a psychic and moral damage to the patient.
