The author considers nowaday's use of hormonal therapy for female sexual dysfunction is restricted to some type of steroids. The author analyzes the technical difficulties in the use of those hormones in mankind. The author reports some cases where this action can be observed with an negative effect on sex gender and sexual drive. The author makes comments the utilization of androgens, estrogens and progestogens on the treatment of the human sexual dysfunctions. The author concludes that the use of androgens has to be cautious for both males and females. The use of estrogens is possible, in female, if by topic therapy. The use of progestogens doesn't make sense.
