The worry concerning the size of the penis and its interferencein sexuality, as well as studies and researches developed in this area, have maintained the male hegemony- androcentrism and phallocentrism- whose status are linked to fight, power and competition, promoting and keeping beliefs and myths strengthened in the concepts of divinity, potency, force and virility determining behaviors, attitudes and perceptions that touch the image, in the meaning and remeaning of its icons. Living in a culture centered in the admiration and worship of the body, to obtain a static attraction, concepts of vigor and fitness are reinforced again, associated with the media that reflects norms and collective and individual parameters, which give feedback to the system.Because of the existence of historical, cultural, social, familiar and individual variations, a research was done with the objective of characterizing the anatomic-perceptive aspects of the male sexual organ, evaluating the relation between the anatomic aspects, sexual performance and level of satisfaction.
