Abstract

Starting from personal experiences, this paper aims to demonstrate how oursocietie values positively or negatively certain characteristics of their individuals, exerting unfair prejudiced oppressions over them, based on an ideal human being model that does not exist. Bringing understandings about the immense
human diversity, including sexual issues, challenges on the isonomy due to employability and search for solutions thought the Transempregos Project.
