This work dialogues with the expressions used in the same theory and in the clinic relative to the sexual abuse: syndrome of the secret and revelation of the secret. We understand, from our clinical experience of attendance the adolescent victims of abuse, that the terms "not accepted revelation" and "accepted revelation" more are adjusted for the agreement, identification, shelter and treatment of the situations of sexual abuse, considering the familiar space and the public space of the people that the child or adolescent in violence situation coexists and it acts in the instances of assistance, protection and guarantee of rights. "Not accepted revelation" if configures as the not verbal expressions, as revealed for the body and the emotion, and same the those verbally express but disqualified by the adult. "accepted revelation", in turn, if configures as the moment where the revelation is accepted as effectively occured in the intrafamiliar space.
