Transgender people are those whose gender identities, expressions, or behaviors diverge from those desired for the sex they were assigned at birth. Objective: To investigate urogenital, anorectal and sexual symptoms in the transgender population. Methodology: The urogenital and sexual functions of transgender people were assessed using an online questionnaire. Participants were divided in two groups: G1 - trans men and G2 - trans women. Three validated instruments were used I the questionnaire: The Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory Questionnaire (PFDI-20) to assess pelvic organ prolapse (POP), urinary and anorectal disorders; the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) and the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) to assess sexual function. Sexual function instrument was chosen according to the genital organ that the person has. Results: Data from 19 transgenders, with a mean age of 25, 1 years, were analyzed. In PFDI-20, G1 had a score of 55.2 and G2 had a score of 27. 6, indicating that they do not have any disorders. In FSFI, G2 scored 19.3 points and in IIEF, G1 scored 27.2 points on average, both indicating poor sexual function. Conclusion: The trans population studied in the present research had a low prevalence of urogenital disorders. Sexual function was classified as poor, for men and women transgender. Sexual satisfaction was the worst, and sexual desire the best aspect found.
